Calculate Your 2026 Salary Increase

You can use our downloadable Excel calculator to determine your HUCTW salary increase for July 1, 2026 under the Tentative Agreement (TA). As noted in the TA, all HUCTW staff with at least one year of service who work 35 hours per week will recieve a raise of $2,300, but you can use this calculator to determine your raise if you work hours other than 35, or if you have less than one year of service.

Fill in the four blue fields in at the top of the Excel calculator, indicating (1) your current annual salary, (2) your salary grade, (3) your regular weekly hours, and (4) your approximate length of service. If the calculator doesn’t open when you click on the link below, it should appear in your “Downloads” folder.
