If you were not able to attend one of our visibility events between June 15–19, you can still join your coworkers in sending a message to FAS decision-makers that mass layoffs will hurt faculty, students, and staff, and destabilize Harvard’s academic life!
You can either fill out a PDF postcard and email it to us, OR you can upload a message using our online form. Whichever method you use, we will deliver your postcard or message to Unviersity Hall, along with hundreds of others already written by your coworkers. Fill out as many postcards as you like. Non-HUCTW friends are welcome to take part too. Submit all postcards or messages to us by June 30.
The in-person visiblity events below have already taken place (the request above is for electronic postcards), but we have provided the original email invitation below to provide context.

Please join us at any of these HUCTW visibility events to support FAS staff facing potential layoffs! Come by anytime during times below to show your solidarity and visibility, write postcards to FAS decision-makers, and connect with fellow members. Let’s continue to send the message to FAS leaders that mass layoffs will hurt faculty, students, and staff, and destabilize Harvard’s academic life.

In front of Massachusetts Hall (across the Yard from the John Harvard statue) - Event on Thursday, June 18, 8:00–9:30 am
In front of the Smith Campus Center (1350 Mass. Ave)
Please stop by any of these events for a few minutes or more to show your support for FAS coworkers. Non-HUCTW friends are welcome! After all three events have taken place, we will deliver the postcards in person to FAS decision-makers.
