This survey is a critical tool in our upcoming negotiations with Harvard for our pay increases, benefits, other important policies. The survey helps HUCTW negotiators determine which ideas and concerns should be priorities during the talks. It also provides us with crucial anonymous data and stories about members’ work and life situations that we can use during negotiations to illustrate your key issues and concerns. Strong participation in the survey shows the University that HUCTW members are deeply invested in the outcome of the negotiations.

The survey is completely anonymous and should take about 15-20 minutes to complete. Only a handful of questions are required—the rest are optional. It will be open until May 1, 2022.
