HUCTW 2026 Contract Has Been Ratified

HUCTW Ratification Vote Results

We are pleased to announce that the new HUCTW contract covering the period from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, has been ratified, with 80.03% of members who took part voting “yes” to ratify! The final vote tally is 3,074 “yes” votes and 767 “no” votes. 77% of all eligible HUCTW voters cast ballots in this election.

The Harvard payroll office will begin processing the raises now, and members will start being paid at the higher rate starting July 1 in the July 10 paycheck. Since July 1 falls in the middle of a pay period, members will not see the full effect of the raise (where every day of the pay period is paid at the higher pay rate) until July 24.
