HUCTW Copay Reimbursement Program
Harvard and HUCTW recently negotiated a new version of of the Copayment Reimbursement Program, which helps HUCTW members with their annual medical copayment costs if they reach above certain amounts.
In 2016, the program helps with copays for doctor visits and prescriptions, and in 2017 the program will also start assisting with copays for hospital and ER visits, as well as high tech imaging.
In all three years of the new contract, you are eligible for this program if you are an HUCTW staff member enrolled in a Harvard health plan, and if your copayments exceed the amounts (“copayment caps”) listed for your salary range. See details of the program here:
