HUCTW Copay Reimbursement Program


Harvard and HUCTW recently negotiated a new version of of the Copayment Reimbursement Program, which helps HUCTW members with their annual medical copayment costs if they reach above certain amounts. In 2016, the program helps with copays for doctor visits and prescriptions, and in 2017 the program will also start assisting with copays for hospital and ER visits, as well as high tech imaging. In all three years of the new contract, you are eligible for this program if you are an HUCTW staff member enrolled in a Harvard health plan, and if your copayments exceed the amounts (“copayment caps”) listed for your salary range.…

Some of you have reached out to the HUCTW office to express concerns about President Trump’s Executive Order temporarily preventing citizens from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen from entering the United States and indefinitely barring Syrian refugees from entering the U.S. Please know that HUCTW leaders are also very concerned about the effects of the Order.
